Scope

What ADC delivers

ADC delivers engineering, procurement and construction to the district cooling industry as a single turnkey contract. Because process, mechanical, electrical, civil and automation teams are all ADC teams, there is one programme, one site organisation and one party responsible for performance.

Contracts are structured to suit the owner: conventional EPC, design & build, design-build-operate (DBO) or build-own-operate-transfer (BOOT), under FIDIC Red, Yellow or Silver books. Financial modelling and master planning are carried out before the engineering starts so the utility business case is solved first.

Competitive bidding

Proposal preparation, tender clarification, value engineering and negotiation.

Engineering

Detailed programme, drawings, specifications, permits and equipment selection.

Procurement

Material requisitions, submittals, purchase orders, factory and site acceptance tests.

05

Construction management

Field supervision, quality control, HSE, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and SCADA works.

06

Commissioning & operations

Start-up testing, personnel training, manuals and ongoing O&M.
