Dubai Creek Harbour DCP 1A
First of eight plants planned for the Dubai Creek Harbour development — delivered with a three-year O&M term.
Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar's waterfront city beside the Ras Al Khor sanctuary. ADC designed and built the development's first district cooling plant, DCP 1A — 48,000 TR of capacity with two 10,500 m³ thermal energy storage tanks contributing 9,600 TR at peak.
The plant's 11 kV intake and 38 MW of distribution were delivered in-house. ADC handed the plant over in 18 months and operated it under a three-year O&M term.
