Scope

What ADC delivers

ADC writes the control philosophy and delivers the PLC/SCADA layer that runs the plant: chiller sequencing, pumping control, TES charge and discharge, ETS monitoring and plant-wide reporting. At Jumeirah Village Circle the result was the world's first unmanned, fully automated district cooling plant, with chilled-water flow adjusted by AI on an advanced SCADA platform.

Fire detection and suppression systems are engineered and installed by ADC's own team, alongside the building management system.

Developed in-house by ADC: AI simulation and future forecasting propose the best operating point for the whole plant, not one machine at a time. Designed to work alongside PLC/SCADA and tested live on a 20,000 TR plant: −10% power, −12% water, same cooling delivered.
