Scope

What ADC delivers

ADC operates and maintains the plants it builds — Misk City, Shams, JVC, Dubai Creek Harbour, West Bay and Lusail Marina among them — under terms from two years to ongoing concessions.

NeuraLink is the next generation of district cooling control. AI simulation and future forecasting model thousands of operating scenarios before a set-point moves, projecting load, weather and occupancy ahead of demand and balancing chillers, pumps and towers as one system. ADC developed the system in-house to work alongside PLC/SCADA and tested it live on a 20,000 TR district cooling plant, where it achieved −10% power and −12% water consumption for the same cooling delivered.
