La Mer Jumeirah DCP
A 10,000 TR chilled-water plant for Meraas's La Mer beachfront — four 2,500 TR water-cooled centrifugal chillers in parallel.
La Mer is Meraas's mixed-use beachfront development of retail, leisure, hospitality and entertainment on Jumeirah. ADC was the turnkey contractor for the chilled-water plant serving the district, with a scope covering the procurement and construction of the process and building services to the client's design.
The plant comprises four water-cooled centrifugal chillers of 2,500 TR each operating in parallel, with their associated cooling towers, chilled-water pumps and condenser-water pumps — a nominal capacity of 10,000 TR with full redundancy.
