Masdar Distributed DCP

Masdar City is a low-carbon, low-waste city powered by renewable energy. After a rigorous evaluation and verification process, ADC was selected to design, procure and construct the city's first distributed district cooling plant — 6,000 TR, the first of eight planned plants, with a 50-year design life.

The plant supports the development's sustainability goals by reducing energy and water consumption within the city boundary and incorporates infrastructure for future sustainable technologies.
