Pearl of the Emirates DCP (Tamouh)

A 90,000 TR turnkey plant on Reem Island — 70,000 TR of duplex centrifugal chillers plus 20,000 TR from thermal storage, with 70 MW of electrical distribution.

For Tamouh's Pearl of the Emirates development on Reem Island, ADC delivered a turnkey district cooling plant of 90,000 TR: multiple dual-compressor duplex centrifugal chillers in parallel providing 70,000 TR, and thermal energy storage tanks of 100,000 TR·h adding 20,000 TR at peak.

The 5,000 m² plant houses primary chilled-water and condenser-water pumps feeding rooftop cooling towers, with secondary distribution through six 3.3 kV VFD-driven pumps into the buried network and energy transfer stations. The 11 kV intake distributes 70 MW — one of the largest single-plant electrical scopes ADC has delivered.
