DIP 3 + DIP 6 DCPs

ADC was awarded the EPC contract to design and build Emicool's 75,000 TR District Cooling Plant 3 at Dubai Investment Park: twelve sets of chiller modules totalling 60,000 TR were installed in phases inside the plant room, with two thermal energy storage tanks adding 15,000 TR.

DIP 6 followed with 37,500 TR and a 30,000 TR·h storage tank. Together the plants supply chilled water to residential and commercial developments including Ritaj, Dunes Village and Dubai Lagoon.
