The project consists of adding an extension to an already existing central cooling plant of 10,000 TR, and which consists of a set of soft-starter chillers for a total cooling capacity of 5,000 TR. It also includes variable primary chilled water pumping, cooling towers, condenser water pumps, the energizing of a separate 33 kV feeder and installation of associated transformers, and associated civil works.
