22KV/13.5MW Power Utilization and Distribution, 950 Meters of Chilled Water piping network with Energy Transfer Stations

The DCP4 is built to serve the New York University in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi through providing chilled water to the Energy Transfer Stations within the university building. The scope of works consists of Design and Build of DCP with and ultimate capacity of 16,000TR. The contract is for phase 1 only which consists of complete civil works and building services, chiller capacity of 9,000TR and TES of 2,500TR. Phase 2 will include and additional 4,500TR chiller capacity along with its ancillaries.

The scope also includes the design, installation and commissioning of the Energy Transfer Stations and same for the chilled water network piping.

Master Developer

Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC)

TDIC is the master developer of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. SDC is a special purpose vehicle that will finance, design, build, commission, operate, and maintain the DC project and provide the O&M services. PAL is the DBO contractor has agreed to execute the works and O&M services. ADC has been awarded the DB works as the DB contractor for the DCP.
