• ADC can be actively involved in the development of master plans of the district energy distribution & strategic planning of cooling or heating requirements for large developments.
• The cooling capacity required is calculated based on built-up area and types of buildings.
• Service corridors and initial network pipe sizing is identified
• Client is advised on the timing and sizing of district cooling plant (s) to suit the requirements.
• Since district cooling plants are heavy capital investments, ADC maps out the construction of multiple plants to suit the phases of development.
